Choco-Banana Pancake


Good alternative for breakfast. I like to cook pancakes coz I can modify the recipe and do anything with it. Here’s the one that I tried using Bisquick.  It’s actually more delicious and rich tasting than just plain pancake alone! Raymond like it very much!

Banana Pan cake 4 copy


2 cups Bisquick baking mix

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1 whole banana

chocolate chips (any brand)


1.) Mash banana in a bowl

2.) Stir all ingredients until blended

3.) Heat and grease the pan with butter

4.) Pour slightly 1/4 cup on greased pan

5.) Cook until golden brown

6.) Top with sliced bananas and chocolate chips (any brand)

7.) Drizzle with pancake syrup

8.) Voila!! Made my son say….

“Mmmm I love it! Your the best Mom in the world!”

Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 15 mins slow cooking ( to make it softer )

Baked Parmesan Tilapia


 Raymond like other kids are very picky when it comes to food. This recipe made him say –

“Mmmm I love it! You’re the best Mom in the world!”




4 tilapia fillets

1/4 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese or grated fresh Parmesan cheese

2 tsps Paprika

1 tbsp Dried Parsley or chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp Sea Salt with  (in reference recipe is salt however I prefer sea salt with garlic coz it give more flavor!)

Lemon or lime (cut into wedges)


1.) Pre-heat oven to 400F

2.) Mix Parmesan cheese, paprika, dried Parsley and sea salt into the fillets

(Or I prefer estimating the ingredients and sprinkle on the fish fillets)

3.) Then drizzle olive oil on the tilapia fish fillet, press slightly if needed

4.) Bake 10-15 minutes or until opaque

5.) Serve with lemon or lime

Preparation time: 5 mins

Baking time: 15 mins

Cinammon Rolls

Main Ingredient

Pillsbury Grands! Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls with Icing


Pre-heat oven to 350F

Bake to 350F for 25 mins.

Put the Icing on top and serve.

Preparation time: 5 mins

Baking time: 25 mins

Skill Level: Easy
